Where can I collect my tickets if I've chosen Box Office collection?

You can visit the main Box Office situated on Serpentine Road, to the south of the event location, near the Hyde Park bandstand. Remember to bring the card you used for purchasing, your photo identification, and your email confirmation.

Our gates open at 2pm, with the possibility of early access for certain ticket holders. Please note that the final entry for all shows is 8:30pm and the Box Office closes at 8pm.
