Espresso Martini Recipe
In celebration of International Espresso Martini Day, our Head Bartender, Alex, shares his version of the classic cocktail using some of our favourite ingredients.

Egg whites from 3 eggs (90g)
Egg yolk from 3 eggs (60g)
(makes 6 crepes)
32g butter
150g flour
330ml milk
1 whole egg
