Although you’ve probably taken the little ones on countless lockdown walks, we like to think of Bushy Park as a bit of a hidden gem. Being the second largest of London’s Royal Parks, at 445 hectares in area, there’s lots to explore, most notably spotting the roaming herds of red and fallow deer.
At Regent’s Park, head to the Boating lake and during the school holidays you’ll find a dedicated Children’s lake where you can take little ones on a pedalo trip.
Between 29 March and 18 April, a select number of English Heritage sites are hosting outdoor Easter Adventure Quests and we are pleased to share that there are three beautiful locations to choose from in our capital city. Explore the outdoor trails, crack the clues and search for dragon eggs to win your chocolate reward.
It feels like a lifetime ago since we were able to leisurely browse our favourite stores. Treat the little ones to a visit to the most magical children’s store of all, Hamley’s. The best bit is that you’ll be right in the middle of Regent’s Street so you can easily make a pitstop to your favourite shops too.
Though many activities remain closed, Kew Gardens beautiful outdoor Gardens are welcoming families from Wednesday 31 March to Sunday 18 April for ‘Dennis & Gnasher’s Big Bonanza’. Uncover plants and pranks and follow Beano’s interactive story trail around the Gardens.
